We only collect the information you send us: name, phone number, email address, pick-up and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and the content of your message.

3.How we use it

This data is used to answer your requests, organise your trips and meet our legal obligations. It is never sold or used for advertising.

4.Service providers

Forms: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards your messages by email.

Online booking: Liberty Order (libertyorder.fr) runs the booking form.

External content, only if you allow it: Google Maps (map) and Elfsight (Google reviews display).

5.Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies or analytics. Your browser only stores your choice about external content and, for one hour, the OM fixtures shown at the top of the page. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

6.Retention

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request, then at most 3 years after the last contact. Billing data is kept for 10 years as required by French law.

7.Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to massiliaservices@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
